Online store for the European Federation of Motorcycling. Several SKUs have been developed and we are designing new ones.

DESIGN
We thrive to create best and most quality things. Our vision is based on research of market trends and people's preferences. Our small, but strong, team of passionate designers prepares and controls the sampling and production of each product.
DISTRIBUTION
We contracted 2 fulfillment centers: all done for the faster shipment to you. Orders in the Eastern Europe are dispatched from Poland-base fulfillment center, while Western and Southern Europe orders will be operated from Italian center.
MARKETING
Our professional marketing managers follow the demand side and analyze data through Google Analytics and other metrics.

The project can be expanded to the national federations to better penetrate the market. Our mobile retail points will facilitate the brand of the sporting events.
OUR GOODS
All the goods are made in Ukraine. That is our legacy and way to control production. We know that Ukraine is among the most cost-efficient source countries with high-quality of products. We procure only best Turkish and Egyptian cloth and refine them in Ukraine

COLLABORATIONS WITH THE COUNTRIES FEDERATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS
The project can be expanded to the national federations to better penetrate the market. Our mobile retail points will facilitate the brand of the sporting events. We propose franchising, which is based on a marketing concept which can be adopted by an organization as a strategy for business expansion. Where implemented, a franchiser licenses its know-how, procedures, intellectual property, use of its business model, brand, and rights to sell its branded products and services to a franchisee. In return the franchisee pays certain fees and agrees to comply with certain obligations, typically set out in a Franchise Agreement.
COMMERCIAL STORES
We propose franchising, which is based on a marketing concept which can be adopted by an organization as a strategy for business expansion. Where implemented, a franchiser licenses its know-how, procedures, intellectual property, use of its business model, brand, and rights to sell its branded products and services to a franchisee. In return the franchisee pays certain fees and agrees to comply with certain obligations, typically set out in a Franchise Agreement. Our way of developing business gives us instruments to expand the reach.


PROJECT PRESENTATION TO THE FIM-EUROPE BOARD
The project has been presented to FIM-Europe board twice: in 2017 and 2018. Our presentation included current status and ways to expand the brand of the FIM-Europe federation. The Marketing, Promotion and Industry Commission agreed to further develop other types of products. We also discussed ways to increase the traffic of FIM-Europe website and Facebook pages to further develop the brand of FIM-Europe federation.
